Returns Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- Original packaging and tags must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or damaged items (unless caused by our error)
- Items returned after the 7-day return window
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at lynorabags@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our support team will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the return address provided by our team
⚠️ Please do not send any items back without prior approval.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless:
- The item was damaged upon arrival
- You received the wrong item
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Lynora Bags is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified whether your refund is approved or rejected
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is completed
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
